GI has always been responsive to my needs and schedule. I have used them for over 10 years. I like that they answer the phone or call back in an hour or less. Recently I called for needed service as my unit was not working. They called me back in 1 hour and verified that the equipment was avialble and scheduled to replace my unit the next day! They were on time and finished as they projected on time. They did extra work to insure proper drainage and installed sensors for monitoring moisture.
